* we practice Mouna (silence) from end of evening activity until after the breakfast. Keep as quite as possible, do not make activities which might disturb others.
* announced volunteer (list in kitchen) prepares a meal.Half an hour before food circle around main fire or in the big lodge (according to the weather) cook blows the Conch three times
* we eat together in a circle
* feel free to practice whatever helps you to feel good and fulfill your life without disturbing others

* all rules have exceptions. Rules are made as a protection against ignorance to increase and purify the energy.
